| Description | There is jitter when the NUGU TTS is playing in case of the airpod was connected. Test procedure: 1. Connect the Airpod and the Live audio plays through Airpod. 2. Hi Sangmin, Do you only see this issue when you connect airpod? When I tested with other earphone, it seems the NUGU TTS is OK. |

Hi Sangmin, I checked the BTVQ-33749, it seems the BTV live needs to be playing when reproducing this issue. Could you confirm if issue can be reproduce by following cases? 1. BTV live playing + BT earphone paired. 2. BTV live is not playing + BT earphone paired. If only 1 is reproduced, please try some other channels to see if issue happens on any channels (this is to make sure it is not related to some AC3 audio content). And please help to provide the live TV ts file to us to reproduce it. Thanks. |

Hi, River, 1. BTV live playing + BT earphone paired. -> Issue was reproduced. 2. BTV live is not playing + BT earphone paired. -> Issue was not reproduced. And, the I can reproduce this issue with all channels, I think it's not dependent on the channel contents. For live ts file, you can use below file I shared before. https://mantis.cnsbg.foxconn.com/vaas/view.php?id=1420#c9411 FYI, I tested under Youtube playing. When I press the NUGU button, the Youtube was paused and there is no jitter issue. |

Hi Sangmin, Current, we dump the NUGU audio to a file at two points: 1.NUGU audio entering Synaptics AMP SDK. The NUGU audio has no jitter and is no problem. 2.NUGU audio leaving Synpatics AMP SDK. The Nugu audio has jitter and it looks like there are some audio gaps in NUGU audio. I think it I needs to do more test and debug to find out why this issue happens. |

Hi Sangmin, This issue was gone, could you please explain how did you fix it? >> It is fixed by using Synaptics API to avoid BT audio handling in Synaptics AMP SDK. For Google Assistant, I notice the issue you say. But since Google Assistant is output to BT earphone, it can not apply above solution. Hi Sangmin, For this Google Assistant issue and Passive standby test firmware in 956, which one has higher priority? Because we will focus on the passive standby fw first and then debug Google Asistant jitter issue after 8/22. Is it OK for you? |

Hi, River, The passive standby function has higher priority than GA issue. Because this GA issue is not affected to google certification. Please check this issue after passive standby function are done. Thank you. |
